Dorothy serves as the board's Executive Vice President. Dorothy celebrated her 22nd anniversary with the board March 3, 2008. She has an extensive background in accounting and business management. Dorothy serves as the liaison to the Board of Directors and the committees, is a member of the Executive Committee, coordinates the staff duties, serves as chief accountant, and is a NAR professional certified administrator of Professional Standards.

Vivian serves the board as Receptionist and Multiple Listing Service Coordinator. She has an extensive business background. Vivian coordinates the daily activities of the Egyptian MLS. Vivian assists with inquiries, directing the members and the general public to appropriate informational sources.

Brenda serves as the Administrative Services Coordinator. She has an extensive background in Computer Applications. Brenda assists the Executive Vice President, is in charge of written communication, coordinates membership records by maintaining the National REALTORS® Database System, creates board event flyers, creates and maintains the board webpage, and serves as the coordinator for Continuing Education.
