The Illinois Association of REALTORS® offers a home study option for continuing education credit. REALTORS® may purchase homestudy courses for their own convenience rather than sit in a traditional classroom for scheduled continuing education classes. Home Study courses are available for purchase from your local board. Click here for order form. The courses you order will be emailed to you. The State of Illinois requires a proctored exam for all continuing education courses. Students may take the proctored exam at the local board of their choice. When ready to take the exam, just call the board office and make an appointment.3. Online

BROKER MANAGEMENT CE:
Options for completeing the required 6-hour Broker Management CE:
- Home Study Broker Management: Click here to order course materials. Study at home then call the board office to make an appointment to take the exam.
- Broker Management Webinar: After purchasing the webinar each student receives the text book and course materials. Then links for viewing a video of the course are sent via email. Click on a link, watch the class, take a quiz for each section of the course. When you have completed the course, call the bnoard office to make an appointment to taje the exam.
