Vincent's Apartments

The foyer is dirty, unkept. Dust mites can be seen floating in the air through the rays of sunlight from the barred up window. Dim lighting illuminates the counter, leaving dark areas in corners and in the hallway. Spider webs can be found in upper corners and unused tables. The carpet on the floor is moth eaten and raggedy. If you're not careful, you could trip on it. There is a staircase to the left and an elevator that has an out of order sign on it. Based on the grime across that sign, it has been out of order for a good long time. A disgruntled old man stands behind the counter shuffling through envelopes and looking into a few after steaming them open. He grunts in greeting and moves you on so he can go about his own business and not trifle with you long.
